1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Hanola, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2Services Description

Hanola specializes in professional video surveillance installation services, including but not limited to:

• Consultation and security assessment for residential and commercial properties
• Design and planning of customized surveillance systems
• Professional installation of CCTV cameras and monitoring equipment
• System configuration and network integration
• Training on system operation and maintenance
• Ongoing technical support and maintenance services

3Service Agreements and Quotations

All quotations provided by Hanola are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on information provided by the client and may be subject to adjustment following site inspection. A formal service agreement will be executed before commencement of any installation work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion and client acceptance of the installation.

4Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding property layout and security requirements
• Ensure access to installation locations during scheduled work periods
• Obtain necessary permissions for installation on rental or managed properties
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding surveillance systems
• Use installed surveillance equipment in accordance with privacy laws and regulations

5Warranties and Guarantees

Hanola provides workmanship warranty on all installations for a period specified in the service agreement. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We will assist clients in exercising manufacturer warranties when applicable.

6Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality installation services, Hanola shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages resulting from criminal activities that surveillance systems fail to prevent or detect
• Equipment malfunction due to power failures, natural disasters, or acts beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service provision
• Client misuse or modification of installed systems without our authorization

7Privacy and Data Protection

Hanola is committed to protecting client privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations. We collect and process personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of surveillance systems complies with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including proper notification and consent requirements.

8Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hanola and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled installation may receive a full refund of deposits. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to cancellation fees to cover preparation costs.

10Modifications to Terms

Hanola reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

12Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
